Skellefteå’s guests dominated the match at Oskarshamn. But despite the advantage both in terms of play and shooting statistics, there were no three points for Västerbotten.

Hugg feinted at the goalkeeper before lifting the winning goal off a right cross from Cannata.
– I got a good pass and was completely free. I tried to push it up, and that was fine, Hugg tells C More.
He continues:
– We play a good game. We are the ones who command in the third period, a bit sad that we did not get three of us. But two is always much better than one.
After a heavier stint at SHL, Skellefteå is off to a good start after the national team break. The team has two wins in a row, against Oskarshamn today and against Växjö on Thursday.
The winners elevate Skellefteå to sixth place in the SHL. Oskarshamn is four years old.
