Construction company Skanska and Fabege have acquired approximately 150,000 square meters of land in Solna, Stockholm, which will be opened for the development of 1,000 new homes and 2,000 new jobs. Appears from a press release.
The land will be available in connection with the extension of the Mälar line in Solna, which is planned for 2023.
The new homes are planned to be built during the 2030-2040 period, and the payment for the land will be made in accordance with the construction of the properties.

Fabege buys land to create 52,000 square meters of offices and approximately 10,000 square meters of housing. The purchase price is SEK 900 million.
Skanska will acquire 85,000 square meters. The price of the land is not indicated.
