[ad_1]

The high spread of the infection in Skåne and the pressure with more than 450 hospitalizations make the situation in medical care tense. Now the Skåne Region is calling on the business community to meet the need for care.

In the press release, the region calls in nurses with specialized training and experience in intensive care, anesthesia and surgical care, general nurses and nursing assistants, but also personnel for service activities such as cleaning, cooking and feeding, laundry and transportation.

– We are now reaching out to the Scanian business community. We need your help to combat the pandemic, with joint efforts and commitment. Together with Beredskapslyftet, we will mobilize all forces so that the people of Skåne can feel safe, says Ulrika Geeraedts, director of regional development in the Skåne Region, in the press release.

To find reinforcement, the region relies on the Beredskapslyftet and Sydsvenska Handelskammaren initiative.
