The prosecutor Klas Norelius has notified the three educators, who were present at the pool where the fatal accident occurred, of the suspicion of causing the death of another person due to a crime in the workplace. Two interrogations have been conducted and one remains.
None of the persons who have been reported suspicions have been arrested.
– Being notified of a suspicion is not the same as being prosecuted, but it is part of the preliminary investigation process, says Klas Norelius.
– This is so we can go ahead and conduct interrogations and find out what happened, he says.
Could there be more people suspected of crimes?
– I have no comment on that now, says the prosecutor.
