The woman who was shot by police while entering the Capitol during protests in Washington DC died of her injuries.

The information comes at a time when a curfew is taking effect in the US capital. The curfew applies from 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday to 6:00 a.m. on Thursday morning, local time.
