Shooting at Bellevuegården in Malmö

During the night of Friday, the police received several phone calls about heavy beatings in the Bellevuegården district of Malmö.

Bullet holes have been found in a car at the scene. No injured person has been found, but the incident is being investigated as an attempted murder.

– We assume that someone has been shot, says Rickard Lundqvist, police press spokesman.

Locked in Delsjögatan

After the alarm, shortly after 7:30 p.m., the police cordoned off an area next to Delsjögatan and called forensic technicians and a search dog specialized in searching for weapons.

Police are searching for one or more perpetrators, but no suspect has been arrested. The incident is classified as an attempted murder.

According to SVT Nyheter Skåne correspondent Mikael Nilsson, the police have arrested several people who are now being controlled.

Robbery in Bellevuegården

During the night, the police also made a report about a robbery in Bellevuegården. Three people have been arrested and suspected of being involved in a robbery in which a child has been threatened with a knife. According to the report, the crime must have occurred at 6 p.m.

The child is physically unharmed.
