Linköping trailed 0-3 against the last Malmö, but won 4-3 in extra time.

Broc Little decided with the last two goals of the match, after an eight-match drought.

Jumbon Malmö seemed to drop both last place and life during qualifying.

But a 3-0 lead against Linköping, where Joe Veleno led the way with two early goals, was not enough.

The guests returned to the game through a very relieved scorer in Niko Ojamäki who scored his first goal for the club in the second period.

Little party hero

In the third period, Jarno Kärki first posted 3-2 in the power game before goalkeeper Broc Little ended his eight-game goal drought.

The American star led the game into extra time first with his 3-3 goal with less than two minutes remaining.

In extra time, he was again absolutely decisive when he scored his eighth goal and scored the 4-3 and the victory.

– A fantastic victory for us. It took us a long time but we played much better than in recent weeks, says Little in C More.

“Extra boost”

Little thinks that Ojamäki managed to score his first goal at the same time he managed to score his first in a long time.

– Give an extra boost. A weight that also lifts off his shoulders, so that was important.

Malmö moves up one place in the table while Linköping remains just above the line.
