Måns Zelmerlöw and Per Andersson’s Christmas program “Tomten & bocken” at Hamburger Börs encountered technical problems just before the live broadcast.

The Showtic site that broadcasts the show is down.

– It’s incredible pressure on this show, says producer Mikael Solfors.

Printing a ticket with around 5,000 tickets sold has caused the Showtic website to crash.

On Showtic’s Facebook page, hundreds of ticket buyers who don’t log onto the site to watch the show they bought are furious.

“Maybe the stress test will serve the server BEFORE the show,” writes one.

– It is a huge pressure on this performance that the server capacity is removed, says producer Mikael Solfors.

According to Mikael Solfors, the show was brought forward about 20 minutes and is expected to start at 8:25 p.m.

Will everyone who bought tickets still be able to see the show tonight?

– Of course yes.

At 20:15, a new message was sent to the affected ticket buyers that the show has been brought forward to 20:45.
