I do not agree with the measurements
The government has taken new steps to reduce the spread of the infection. This week, for example, a ban on alcohol in restaurants after 10pm was proposed to reduce the risk of congestion.
In “Agenda”, Jan Albert says that he believes that the measures that currently exist could reverse the trend, but that it would be in a scenario in which everyone follows the recommendations.
Fredrik Elgh, for his part, believes that stricter measures are needed. To break the curve, he wants to see increasingly effective tests, quarantine for the sick and their contacts, and the introduction of mandatory mouth protection.
– I cannot imagine that there is any natural mechanism that reverses this curve. It may be the measures we are taking now, but they are too forceful, he says in SVT.
