Sveriges Radio’s hiring is not percentage-based and never will. However, what we seek is to broaden our perspectives in the range we offer. We want to increase our accumulated knowledge in many different areas of knowledge to further reflect the economic, technological, political and social development of society. We must have the ability to portray the conditions and conditions, the joys, the problems and the phenomena of all people in a rapidly changing society.
