The far-right German Alternative for Germany (AFD) party fires a senior party official and former spokesperson after he linked the immigrant problem to the killing of Nazi Germany with poison gas.
Former spokesman Christian Lüth was filmed with a hidden camera by the media company Prosieben in a cafe in the capital Berlin.
When asked if the AFD party wanted more immigrants to come to Germany, he answered yes.
– Because then AFD is better off. We can still shoot them later. Or drink them, whatever you think is best. For me, it doesn’t matter, Lüth said in direct connection with the crimes against humanity committed by Nazi Germany.
Lüth has been forced to resign from the party’s parliamentary group.
Lüth was fired as a spokesperson for the far-right party in April after commenting in an email on the word fascist.
