It was in August 2020 when two children were subjected to a night of torture in a Solna cemetery. According to the indictment, the perpetrators subjected them to violence with a knife, death threats, assaults and rapes for several hours.
In November, two men, a 21-year-old and an 18-year-old, were charged with kidnapping, including aggravated battery, aggravated rape, aggravated robbery and assault in court.
Nine and five years in prison
The Solna District Court now announces that both men will be sentenced.
The 21-year-old is sentenced to nine years in prison, the one from 18 to five and a half years in prison. The youngest thief by the so-called age discount in punishment.
The district court writes in a press release:
“The district court considers that it has been proven that the adolescents received several blows during the afternoon and at night, p. shoveling, kicking and being stabbed. They have been bound by their clothes, tied to their feet and arms, given a rolling pin, and forced to remain naked on p. holes, covered with sticks. “

There is no known connection between the exposed children and the alleged perpetrators. Instead, the investigation indicates that the main purpose of the humiliation robbery was to recover the money.
In addition to the night of the cemetery, the men are charged with another robbery. It was in July when they are suspected of assaulting two teenagers, also in Solna, who suffered threats of weapons, beatings and kicks.
