The alarm to the police came shortly after midnight on December 26 of last year.
A woman had been shot dead with multiple shots at her home in Kungsbacka.
Now a 52-year-old man, who has had a relationship with the woman for several years, is accused of the act.
He himself gave the alarm to the police.
“I have killed my girlfriend,” he told the operator.
He continued:
– I shot him … several times.
He claimed he was cheating
The background to the murder is a drama of jealousy, in which the author alleged that the coexistence was unfaithful to another man.
Prosecutor Ewa-Lotta Swahn’s opinion, however, is that the two were not related.
– Not that I know. We should see that, what NN possibly tells us during the trial. It has been a messy situation some time before the murder. We have no idea they would have had a relationship, “she says.
According to the indictment, among other things, the now-accused 52-year-old has spied on his partner for more than seven months by secretly photographing and filming her and listening to conversations in which he himself did not participate.
Subsequently, in the living room and in the bedroom, cameras and microphones have been found aimed at the sofa and the bed, respectively.
The equipment was later used against the man in the investigation, according to prosecutor Ewa-Lotta Swahn, as it shows in some places the course of events.
Wrote sms to her friend
On Christmas Eve last year, the woman broke up in the relationship and, at lunchtime the same day, wrote in a text message to her friend:
“I was single this morning. Nämen Merry Christmas!”, Followed by a smile.
Late the next night, she was shot dead at her home.
Earlier that night, she had scared the police after receiving a text message from her boyfriend saying that she needed to call a lifeguard if she wanted to continue living.
In conversation with the police, he stated that his ex-partner had been unstable for some time and that he therefore wanted to end their relationship.
He cried and hid in a room, as the incident report shows.
A patrol went to the residence, but left when the man did not appear.
The same night she was killed with multiple shots. Preliminary investigation shows that the author entered through the back door, after making the first holes in the door glass.
Admitted to his mother
After the writing, the man sat in the woman’s car and left the scene. Then she called her son and mother to tell her what she had done, she states in the interrogation.
In addition to the murder, the 52-year-old man is also charged with attempted murder or preparing for the murder, illegal interception, abusive photography, and drunkenness.
Several hours after the trip, he had a blood alcohol concentration of 0.98 per thousand.
The murder trial concerns the man with whom the now-52-year-old prosecuted alleged that his partner was unfaithful, according to the preliminary investigation, and happened after the woman’s murder.

However, the crime was not completed, since according to the prosecutor, the suspect could not find his home.
In the alarm call to the police, the man said:
– I’ve been searching and trying to find your lovers. Now he couldn’t find him, otherwise he would have shot him too, without hesitation.
They have admitted the circumstances.
On interrogation, the man admitted the circumstances and acknowledged the crimes in some parts, according to the lawsuit.
The now-prosecuted man’s attorney does not want to comment.
“I have no intention of commenting on anything before or during the process, so I have nothing more to say in this situation,” says attorney Pontus Lindgren.
