– This is a really good collective agreement that we have managed to negotiate. This is a victory for the members of Kommunal, says Tobias Baudin, president of Kommunal at a press conference.

The collective agreement extends for 41 months. The deal involves salary increases in line with the industry mark: 5.4 percent in 29 months.

During the first two years, the agreement provides for a salary increase of 2 percent per year. In addition, there is an extra investment in vocational training of 0.6 percent annually, according to Kommunal.

In 2022, the salary increase will be 1.4 percent, with an additional 0.6 percent for people with vocational training.

Space 2023 is determined then by central parties, according to Kommunal.

– They are generous increases, says Tobias Baudin.

A lump sum of SEK 5,500 will also be paid to all Kommunal members during the period from May 1 to October 31, 2020.

Our hope is that a lump sum will be paid in the days leading up to Christmas, says Tobias Baudin.

“In the salary review of November 1, 2020, the salary range is 520 SEK, for the salary review of April 1, 2021 530 SEK and from April 1, 2022 380 SEK. In addition to the regular salary space, an additional 0.3 percent of local parties in local negotiations are distributed to health, school and care professionals, ”writes Sobona.

Retroactive salary increases from April. The academic association SSR achieved this in its salary negotiations with the SKR municipal sector employers’ party, according to a press release.

That agreement is also for four years, but figures are not mentioned for salary increases.
