Live broadcast of suicide or images of a prolonged assault. Young people in Skåne are now used to shaky movies on their social media. Few realize the consequences of filming or broadcasting images of people in very vulnerable situations, high school students who have met HD and Sydsvenskan.
– Many are quick to pick up their phone and record, but do not know that what they are doing may be illegal, says 17-year-old Hamwand Ibrahim.
