When the Malmö police were going to carry out a personal check at an intersection in Malmö, they encountered an explosion of fruits and vegetables. A 25-year-old man is now on trial for blue-light sabotage and assault on an official.
The incident occurred in late April in Malmö, and according to the lawsuit, the police were so disturbed by the attack that they were forced to release the person who needed to be searched.
The defendant has admitted fruiting, but denied doing anything illegal. The evidence against the man includes photographs of fruits and vegetables that the defendant is said to have thrown in the trash.
One of the affected police officers is also claiming SEK 5,000 in damages.
