There are 29 cases of aggravated robbery, three cases of attempted aggravated robbery and one reception case. A total of 84 saddles have been stolen in Västra Götaland, Värmland and Skåne, including Kristinehamn and Gullspång.
Prison and deportation
Two of the men are now sentenced by the Skaraborg District Court to three years in prison and one of the men is sentenced to three and a half years in prison. All three deny the crime. The men must also pay tens of thousands of crowns in damages to the victims.
Organized robberies
The district court classifies the crimes as serious “of a particularly ruthless and dangerous nature, since the events were part of an organized, professional and systematic crime in which the total value of the seized property amounted to a significant amount”.
