Pope Bouba Diop has died – he turned 42

Papa Bouba Diop of Senegal was born in 1978 and has represented the Senegalese team. During the 2002 World Cup, he scored the only goal of the match when France was sensationally defeated. He was also involved and beat Sweden in the round of 16.
