– The issue has an extra explosive power because there is a lot of pressure from the voters. At the same time, it is difficult for politics to solve it. Neither party has full control over the issue and most agree, say and explain:
– It is more difficult politically to find the lines of conflict, even if the opposition wants to see that they represent something more than the government. However, pointing out that crime is a result of government policy is a thank you to the opposition, as it will be difficult to defend against it.

Elderly care
When Ebba Busch (KD) and Nyamko Sabuni (L) go to discuss caring for the elderly, it is difficult to name a responsible person, according to Madestam.
– Elderly care is, in a way, part of a package of problems related to care, and the problem is central to the crisis in the crown. But it is always a challenge to talk about it in national politics, as decisions are often made at other political levels. Here, party leaders cannot really be held accountable, he says.
However, overnight, Sabuni has the opportunity to strengthen his role and that of the party.
– You have the opportunity to start something, plant a topic, which in the long run can be important and is a good opportunity to expose yourself. However, an individual debate does not make much difference, and I find it hard to believe that she will convince the electorate.
The weather
Per Bolund (MP) and Jimmie Åkesson (SD) will debate the climate issue, and it is not impossible for the discussion to land on nuclear power, according to Madestam.
She predicts a harsh and sometimes tense tone, but believes that the party leaders will stay informed and avoid personal attacks.
– He does not want the same tone as in the debate of the US presidential elections, but to show that we are objective and decent here. But you can expect an angry tone from Ulf Kristersson and Ebba Busch, among others, Madestam says.
January Agreement on
The January agreement between the government, the Center Party and the Liberals stated the following on labor law. It also became the practice in the research guidelines that were presented.
