Man arrested on suspicion of stamping for homicide

A man planned to avenge the murder of the mother of young children Karolin Hakim, the police suspect.
The man must have ordered the murder of a man of about 25 years through a mobile phone. The murder was to take place in Hässleholm.
But the target escaped.
The man has been arrested on suspicion of stamping for murder.
On August 26, 2019, the mother of a young child, Karolin Hakim, 30, was shot and killed on an open street in Malmö. In her arms she holds her baby. The baby falls to the ground during filming and is slightly injured.
Police suspect that the target of the act was actually a man in the vicinity of Karolin Hakim. It is also said that he was at the scene, but fled when he realized what was happening. So the killer should have shot Karolin.
Karolin’s murder remains unsolved. Several people have been detained on suspicion of involvement, but the evidence has not been sufficient to prosecute. Among other things, a 23-year-old man is currently in custody on suspicion of being an accessory to the murder.
– He is being held on suspicion of having had a role in obtaining the getaway car. They took him in in June, says Pär Andersson, the chief prosecutor.
The 23-year-old was charged Thursday with a felony. According to Pär Andersson, that case has nothing to do with Karolin’s murder.

Ordered revenge killing
On December 10, a person was arrested at the Malmö District Court on suspicion of planning a revenge action against Karolin’s killer. The man is suspected of being sealed for murder during the period March 29 to June 10 this year.
A source with knowledge of the investigation tells Aftonbladet that the man must have ordered the murder of another man, in Hässleholm.
The target, a man in his 25s, has previously been in custody on suspicion of involvement in Karolin’s murder.
According to the source, the order for the assassination must have been made via mobile phone. The murder must have been carefully planned with weapons logistics, GPS surveillance, getaway vehicles, and several running boys.
There was a reward
More people are said to have been involved in the assassination plots. Messages on the encrypted communications service Encrochat, which the police have managed to decrypt, indicate that whoever kills Karolin’s killer can expect a significant sum of money. According to Aftonbladet sources, more people than the detainee “must have worked to obtain the reward.”
In the spring of 2020, a shooting occurred at one address in Hässleholm. It must have been the act of revenge for the murder of Karolin.
But assassination plots fail. No one is injured in the shooting.

Police also suspect that the man who was to avenge Karolin’s murder must also have ordered the murder of a man related to Los Suecos. That murder was stopped by the intelligence work of the police.
On November 27, the man was arrested in his absence. On December 6, he was arrested by the police and later arrested on suspicion of stamping. The man denies the crime. As prosecutor Anna Edebalk writes in an email to Aftonbladet:
“He is in danger of flight, danger of collusion, that is, risk that the suspect will withdraw evidence or complicate the investigation, and danger of recidivism.“
The man’s lawyer is very secretive about the case.
– Unfortunately, I have no comment on that case, says David Faxe, defense attorney.
