All Premier League clubs have agreed.
The league season should clearly be played out in the future, writes The Guardian.
The Premier League season is temporarily halted due to the corona virus. It is still unclear when the season can resume, but from now on it is at least clear that it will simply resume. According to the English newspaper The Guardian, the 20 clubs agreed during a meeting on Friday that the season should be completed.
The Guardian reports, however, that no decision was made on the possible dates of when league play could resume, but that all parties were satisfied with the progress.
According to the newspaper, logistics also discussed, games in future safe environments, the possibility of playing games in neutral arenas and much more. It remains to be seen when the season can resume, as it is the British government that must first give it the green light.
