The person who made the police report in this case was the now-fired information assistant Anders Feltenmark. He was fired on March 31, citing lack of work.
However, according to several people SVT Sport has been in contact with, several people in the union are convinced that he was fired as a sanction for the police report and union work as union president.
The prosecutor sees a fine as a possible result.
– This now falls to the district court, but it is most likely to propose sentencing the accused to a high fine, says Järlefelt.
Two people are cited as witnesses, Anders Feltenmark and a woman who made observations at the time.
The preliminary investigation is fully covered, but for the TT, the prosecutor says:
– What I have said is that with his hands he grabbed the upper part of his body, with her legs locked, and then made sudden movements against the lower part of his body.
Public defender for public defender Kerstin Koorti tells TT that she does not want to comment on the case until she has participated in the prosecution. The defendant denies the crime.
