Alexander Jeremejeff after the victory in the 2019 Swedish Cup.
He left Häcken for an adventure abroad.
Now Alexander Jeremejeff is back in Hisingen.
– I’m coming home to go for the Swedish Championship gold, there is nothing else on the agenda, he says.
Information came out this summer that the 27-year-old forward could be on his way home to Sweden and the Allsvenskan, after a stint at Germany’s Dynamo Dresden.
Instead, Alexander Jeremejeff chose to go on loan to Twente in the Eredivisie.
It was nine games and one goal, before now I return home to Häcken. The club he left in 2019.
– After this year, the family clearly felt that we wanted to go home to Häcken. Being close to family and friends and all that that means as new parents. We have had good conversations with Martín and now it is based on something exciting, where he has been very clear about how he wants to advance the club and how he sees my role in it, he says in the club’s press release.
“It cannot have any other objective”
After third place in this year’s Allsvenskan, the forward has noticed one thing:
– We will win the gold of the Swedish Championship – I cannot have any other objective. Now I hope that the situation in society improves in the spring and that we get the audience back to the arena soon; It feels incredibly good to get out to Bravida early in front of our fans, says Jeremejeff.
