This is how Thomas Quinlan, the Columbus, Ohio police chief, values Tuesday’s intervention that cost Andre Maurice Hill his life.
After a quick internal investigation, Quinlan wants the police who shot Hill fired.
It started with a simple pre-dawn neighborhood alarm that someone started their car over and over for a long time, Columbus police explained in a statement.
