New mutation of the British crown discovered in Denmark
Two cases of a British crown mutation have been found in Denmark. The variant should be less sensitive to antibodies, writes Jyllands-posten. But vaccines can still work.

The virus variant must be a B117 mutation, the variant known as the British mutation. According to the Statens Serum Institut (SSI), the new virus mutation has previously appeared in the Netherlands and the United Kingdom.
Jyllands-posten refers to studies that state that this variant is less sensitive to antibodies from vaccines or previous infections. However, SSI has noted that vaccines can also work with viruses that are less sensitive to antibodies, the newspaper writes.
