The North Korean dictator on a tour of a fertilizer plant on Friday, according to state news agency KCNA.

According to the state news agency KCNA, Kim Jong-Un has made public appearances. North Korean leaders must have visited a fertilizer factory and met with cheers.

In this case, it is the first time in three weeks that the dictator is publicly visible.

On Friday, KCNA aired the news that North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un had opened a fertilizer factory in the city of Sunchon. KCNA reports that “all participants erupted in applause” when the leader appeared.

Several high-ranking people in the country must have been present, including Kim Yo-Jong, the dictator’s younger sister.

No independent source has confirmed the appearance of Kim Jong-Un, but on Saturday morning KCNA released photos that allegedly show the leader at the factory the day before. They are also not verified.

The dictator has not appeared in official settings since April 11, and rumors and speculation about his health or even death have flourished.

Speculation began to circulate when he was absent from “day of the sun” on April 15. Perhaps the most important holiday in North Korea, which celebrates the birthday of the former dictator, grandfather Kim Il-Sung.

A week later, the media in both South Korea and the United States reported, citing anonymous sources, that the dictator had been operated on. The reason would be cardiovascular problems. Kim is only 36 or 37, but she is very obese and is known as a heavy smoker.

In a direct question on Friday, the President of the United States, Donald Trump, declined to comment on the new information.
