According to Aftonbladet, Janne Andersson chooses to start the same way as against Romania in the European Championship qualifiers in November, with the exception that Pontus Jansson replaces Andreas Granqvist.

The newspaper writes that Alexander Isak and Dejan Kulusevski, 20, can still try to join the team from the bench, as the national team captain has once again chosen to leave talents out of the starting eleven.

– There are many young people who have been presented who must be given the opportunity to show themselves. I think Janne is tougher now than in previous years, but I only see that as positive, Mikael Lustig said at a press conference this week.

Janne Andersson himself said during the day that he doesn’t have the prospect of giving young players the opportunity early on to make them long-term starters.
