Municipal employees will lose their jobs if the cultural center takes the first step towards spa hotels

On Tuesday, all Falsterbo Strandbad municipal employees were informed that their jobs will likely disappear by the end of the year. The reason: the moderates want to close the art gallery and Naturum to take another step in the plans for a spa hotel.

As Sydsvenskan previously reported, this summer the moderates launched plans to build a new hotel, spa and conference center next to Falsterbo Strandbad. Now they are taking the first step in that direction through a proposal that is included in the party’s budget for 2021.
