But for Madelene, who was exposed to sheer telephone terror Saturday night, the nightmare has continued.
Overnight and Sunday morning, calls and texts kept coming in, and SVT refuses to correct the error.
During Danny Saucedo’s cardboard-packed presentation, he passed a phone number. Next to her was the so-called “RING”.

The number will lead to one of Danny’s friends and SVT called it a “nod to an acquaintance” when Aftonbladet reported the hit on Saturday night.

And it hasn’t stopped.
– It has continued all night and even now in the morning. Some leave messages and other text messages, but most just call, Madelene told Aftonbladet on Sunday.

When Madelene tried to reach SVT during the night, she ended up at the switchboard and was asked to call on Monday.
It’s unclear if anyone at SVT tried to contact her.
– No, I haven’t answered any calls since last night.
Madelene had wanted SVT to delete the topic of Danny’s contribution as early as Saturday night to stem the influx of calls and texts, but the original version remains.
So also on Sunday.
“We did not go in and cut the show before uploading it to SVT Play, you can see the original performances of all the artists. As I said, it is a pity that the phone number has been confused with another”, says the Melodifestivalen project manager , Anette Brattström, in a comment written to Aftonbladet.
“I hope it ends soon”
She doesn’t want to answer questions about the incident or why she can’t blur the broadcast’s phone number on SVT Play afterward.
“We will not comment further on this,” announced Anette Brattström’s press contact.
SVT’s decision likely means Madelen’s phone could continue to heat up.
– It doesn’t feel very funny. Of course, I would have preferred it had been removed. I hope it ends soon, he says.
