The alarm was received at 2:23 p.m. on Saturday. Later, a man had gone to the Stockholm hospital with alleged knife wounds. According to the police, the man must have injuries to his arm and head.
– We could talk to the man. He was awake and talkative, but it is still true that the situation is described as serious at the moment, says Carina Skagerlind, a press spokeswoman for the police in Stockholm.
The man is believed to have been attacked outdoors in west Stockholm.
– It must have happened about a quarter, twenty minutes before we received information about the incident, says Carina Skagerlind.
Police suspect attempted murder
Police have searched the crime scene in Kista, but have not yet found the exact location of the incident. The search continues now in the afternoon.
– Yes, it’s part of the job. We will also talk more with this crime victim and talk to other people who may have information about the incident, says Carina Skagerlind.
A preliminary investigation into attempted murder or attempted murder has been launched.
