Man raped and robbed in his apartment – filmed

The antecedent of the brutal robbery with degrading elements must be an alleged guilt, according to the preliminary investigation.

The two defendants had arranged a meeting with the victim at her Majorna apartment in Gothenburg in August this year. They are familiar with each other before. The first half hour was quiet, but suddenly the men had to put a sock in the victim’s mouth and stick it. They also tied the victim’s wrists, put a comforter over his head and began to beat him on large parts of the body with a shoehorn.

– All they say is that people want money, says the victim in questioning with the police.

The men are said to have taken turns abusing the victim while filming the act.

– It was very degrading. And they also say they will leak this, says the victim in questioning.

Meanwhile, the men are also said to have emptied the victim’s house of valuables: jewelry, clothing, mobile phone, video games, alcohol and a watch. They must also have performed an act that, according to the prosecutor, is comparable to intercourse. After the events, the men withdrew 12,000 SEK from the victim’s account.

The prosecution was brought before the Gothenburg District Court last week and the charges are robbery and aggravated rape. The suspects have admitted to the theft but deny the violation.

– Never in all my life would I do something like that. They are sick things, says one of the men questioned and continues:

– The other things I represent. I say yes, I defend it. There is DNA.

The other man:

– I only hit him with this shoehorn, it’s the only thing he got, so I don’t understand why he reports.

The men are also charged with drug-related crimes committed on another occasion.

One of the men is represented by star attorney Björn Hurtig. GT has previously been in contact with Hurtig, who announces that he has no comment.
