Through information, the police were able to arrest two alleged perpetrators in connection with the crime scene. Both men are 20 years old and suspected of murder and attempted murder.

Police describe a man in his 20s as slightly injured. They are all believed to have had some kind of relationship with each other.
– As far as I know now, both the victims and the alleged perpetrators should be able to be linked to Gislaved. We are now trying to investigate what they did at the site and why the dispute arose, says Håkan Boberg.
He emphasizes that it is not about any connection to gang crime. Nor is it an act of madness.
– In principle, the police do not know any of the people.
During the night, the police conducted a technical investigation at the scene. Witnesses were also heard at the scene.
Interrogations continue
At the time of the event, around midnight on Saturday night, “some people” were in the area, according to police.
– Now we collect the material and continue to question those involved, says Håkan Boberg. This includes, among other things, producing a motif.
On Saturday, prosecutors first decided to arrest two people arrested for both murder and attempted murder. In the afternoon, the police announced that a third suspect had been arrested and detained. That man is also 20 years old.
In the investigation, the police also investigate whether there are more witnesses to the incident. Surveillance cameras on site can also be an important piece of the investigation puzzle.
On Saturday, the police will be present in downtown Gislaved as an effort to create security for residents.
Family members of the deceased have been notified.
