A man in his 40s is seriously injured after being abducted and subjected to attacks similar to torture.
– The perpetrators have tried to separate parts of the body from the body, says Jörgen Winberg, leader of the preliminary investigation of police duty, to Aftonbladet.
The man claims that three or four masked men forced him into a car in Helsingborg at 3.30 p.m. Only a few hours later, at 9 p.m. Sunday, the man was found in Billesholm, just over 20 km from Helsingborg, after being thrown and having been able to alert the police himself.
– In the car, they pressured him for money and beat him extremely, says Andreas Hulting, police officer on duty at TT.
The man is being treated in hospital with serious but not life-threatening injuries. According to Aftonbladet, the police have not known him before.
