At a press conference, Löfven also announced that there are restrictions and recommendations in place. This means, for example, that you should work from home if possible, municipalities should keep unnecessary activities closed until April 1, restaurants should close at 8:30 p.m. and the ceilings of how many people can be in a store are fixed.
– Now we see that more people are starting to neglect advice and recommendations and it has a direct negative effect on the spread of the infection, says Löfven.
– Now more people have to do more. We act for the country and the good of our fellow men.
Löfven noted that Swedes celebrated Christmas responsibly and now urges everyone to do the same at Easter.
– We must ensure that the holidays do not become a time for the further spread of the infection, he says.
