Local politician Urban Persson made headlines this spring when he left Storfors for Stockholm to try to win a crown. Among other things, he is said to have licked the railing of an escalator, but according to his own statement, he was sadly not infected.
The fact that his suitability as a politician has been questioned has not prevented him from continuing to communicate his views on how the pandemic should be managed.
“Today, for once, I have positive news. The crown is practically gone in Sweden. Swedes are almost immune to herds. There will be no other wave. Perhaps a few hundred people will die in a year or so. So, Covid-19 can continue as a variant of influenza, ”he writes in a discussion article.
What he writes goes against what the experts say: that the spread of the infection is increasing considerably in Sweden. What knowledge do you have that researchers don’t have?
– I’m probably quite an expert, it’s not that easy for experts to express themselves either. You can see that the public health guys are pretty careful. Knowledge is less important and it is political correctness that is presented.
Urban Persson believes that it is in the public interest for the infection to spread.
– There is a difference between infection and contagion, very few die today. People must be infected, vaccines do not work in practice for this type of disease, says Urban Persson.

Less brainwashing than others
In the discussion article, he writes that he has been less brainwashed than others. Do you mean that people are led behind the light?
– Of course they are. I have no children or boss. So I’m rich too, I don’t have to worry about anyone else. I have the opportunity to say things that others do not dare to think even in their wildest imaginations.
– The alternative is to just give up, it’s not fun. I’m not going to do that. I’m right, I’ve always thought about it.
Urban Persson has not yet been infected with corona.
