“The ink has barely dried,” writes Ljungskile SK. The jumbo Superettan fired Jörgen Wålemark earlier in the day, and now the new replacement is unveiled.

Tor-Andre Fredheim returns to the club and assumes primary responsibility for the remainder of the season, the club announces on its website.

“In LSK circles, Tor-Arne Fredheim is a household name. In 2012, the coach earned LSK’s trust for four seasons, where 2014 was the most successful season when LSK was undefeated in 24 consecutive games, which led to an Allsvenskan qualifier against Gefle. “The gold winner at IFK Norrköping has since been coach of Assyriska, FC Trollhättan, Västerås and Åtvidaberg. Now Tor-Arne is returning to the west coast and Bohuslän to lead LSK with the aim of remaining at Superettan, “the club writes on its website.

Ljungskile is last in the Superettan, with 15 points from 22 games played. Seven points to negative rating.

On Saturday 17 October awaits the next game, at home against Västerås SK.
