On Friday, news came that 24-year-old Lina Hurtig is leaving Linköping for a “major European club”.
Now it is presented by Juventus.

The Swedish national team player had offers from several different clubs, but the choice fell on Italian Juventus.

“Ready to move”
Hurtig leaves Linköping, Damallsvenska’s best team, after four successful years at the club. He made his last match with Linköping last Saturday.
– I am happy to have had this opportunity, at the same time that it feels very heavy to leave Linköping and the team in the middle of the season. I’ve had four great years at the club and enjoyed it, but now I feel ready to move on, says Hurtig.
The contract with “Juve” will come into effect tomorrow (September 1). The big club already has Swedish midfielder Linda Sembrant.
