It was just one season at KHL for Markus Ljungh.
The center, who left HV71 to play for Admiral Vladivostok last season, made clear with a new club on Saturday after being on the 37-point list in 59 KHL games.
Next season he returns to SHL where he signed a multi-year agreement with Linköping.
– It feels good, there have been some days where I have thought over and over again about how I want to do with my future. So we got to this and my family and it feels good now that everything is ready, he says in a video interview with the club’s website.
There is no doubt that LHC’s general manager is satisfied with his recent acquisition.
– We have a really good center that we want to be part of and lead this team. Everyone knows what potential Markus has and, in my opinion, he was one of the best centers during his last season in SHL.
