– Until they stop feeling symptoms and two more weeks after that, says the restaurant manager.

It is important to go out to eat
The inspection passes without comment. An expected result for a pre-announced inspection in a closed restaurant. It was different this weekend, when every nightclub and restaurant that was inspected in Stockholm received a comment.
– I want to believe that most people will make the changes when they understand how they should look. If you can’t make the necessary changes, the business can’t continue, says Social Affairs Minister Lena Hallengren (S).
How do you see that after all these months there is still confusion about how to act as a restaurant?
– It has been a long time and we probably have a long time left in the pandemic. I think many still endure with admirable patience. Now it is really important that we take new steps.
Many companies have also changed, compared to what it looked like at the beginning of the pandemic.
– Now it is important to change to be able to receive those who would like to go out and eat a piece of food safely, says Lena Hallengren.

Understand frustration after Stureplan
