In September last year, lawyer Henrik Olsson Lilja was attacked and shot in connection with his home on Kungsholmen in Stockholm.
He survived the attack and, during the investigation, the police linked the incident to a former senior lawyer with whom Olsson Lilja had been in conflict for a long time.
The woman in question is now charged with attempted incitement to murder, stamping for murder and preparation for murder. The charges relate to assassination plots on several occasions, all targeting Henrik Olsson Lilja.
Recently, the regular court days ended during the trial in the Stockholm District Court.
The court: guilty
Now the court has decided the debt issue. The former chief lawyer will be sentenced for the crimes charged to her. It’s clear Friday after the district court decided to send her for a forensic psychiatric examination.
The decision says:
“The district court considers that strong evidence has been presented that NN has committed the alleged acts”
While waiting for the case to be completed, the lead attorney will remain in custody due to the risk of flight and the continuation of the crime.
The infamous thief Billy Rieloff has previously been sentenced to 14 years in prison as the perpetrator of the assassination attempt. In the current case, several other people are charged with various types of crimes of complicity in connection with the assassination schemes.
