Kim Jong-Un has appeared for the first time in three weeks.

North Korean dictator Kim Jong-Un had not appeared in public until Friday night, Swedish time, since April 11.

After the South Korean news site Daily NK, run by North Korean defectors, reported just a week ago that the dictator recovered after heart surgery, there has been much speculation.

A South Korean minister, Kim Yeon-Chul, has believed in another explanation for the disappearance: that the North Korean dictator has isolated himself to avoid infection of the crowns.

“I do not think it is unusual given the special situation,” the minister said, according to Reuters news agency.

A US source told Reuters that Washington largely shares the opinion of the South Korean minister.

Don’t buy the minister’s statement.

However, Chad O’Carroll, CEO of the American company Korea Risk Group, which oversees North Korea, has not bought the statement that the dictator should have isolated himself so as not to be infected with covid-19.

For the country’s leaders, hiding from the infection would be a serious blow to the regime’s official position that the crown crisis was handled perfectly.

“If I just tried to avoid infection, it would theoretically be very easy to put photos or videos on Kim where she looks healthy,” Chad O’Carroll told Reuters.

New speculation about what happened

On Friday, speculation about what happened to Kim Jong-Un continued.

A North Korean, who jumped to South Korea, claimed he was “99 percent” certain that Kim Jong-Un died after cardiac surgery. He said this to the South Korean news agency Yonhap.

The man, a Ji Seong-Ho, explained that North Korea would announce it this weekend.

– I was wondering how long you would cope after having heart surgery. I received information that Kim Jong-Un died last weekend. It is not 100 percent safe, but I can say that the opportunity is 99 percent. North Korea is now struggling with a complicated issue of succession.

But apparently Ji Seong-Ho is wrong.

On Friday night, news from the AFP news agency, which refers to Yonhap, said Kim Jong-Un made her first public appearance in nearly three weeks.

He must have attended the opening of an artificial fertilizer plant in Sunchon, according to Yonhap. Kim Jong-Un, according to a message on North Korean television, must have cut the ribbon at the ceremony.
