When the crown pandemic occurred, Josephine Bornebusch was a week away from filming a new television series, which was later postponed.

– That afternoon I went home and felt angry, frustrated and upset. Then I came up with this idea, which became “Orca”, he says about the film that is released in theaters today.

“Orca” is the movie that shows a series of noises and feelings of middle class people during the quarantine of the crown. A star-studded story with Josephine Bornebusch I, Johan rheborg, Marie Göranzon, Gustav Lindh, This is Magnusson, Vera Vitali, Erik johansson, Alba August, Peter andersson, Joel spira Y Rebecka Josephson.

The movie was written quickly, in three weeks, along with Gunnar Järvstad, who previously wrote “Trädgårdsgatan” and worked with episodes for the television series “Alex” and “Top dog”. Then it was recorded at the same high beat, in twelve days.

– We were a week away from starting to record “Harmonica”, like me and Jonas karlsson both created and will play the main roles in. We had to film it. I thought: How can you film without a crew, with actors who are not allowed to touch and are not allowed to have extras? Then I got the idea for “Orca”.

When you created “Love Me”, you started from yourself. How is this?

– A friend had met a guy online. Another could not be with his mother who was dying. You should be able to do something about all these stories, I thought. The Matilda I play is probably based on me directly, except I don’t check into hotels during crises, I work to get out of them. I’ve probably discovered myself in all the characters.

An actor was recorded during the day. Sometimes at home. They had a mini team. The actors often acted against a single computer. Since then, the actors’ efforts have subsequently been clipped to the computer screens of those against whom they would have acted.

– It was my lawnmower and I who sat alone in an office where there are usually hundreds of people, it was like in an apocalyptic world.

Don’t think there will be a longer break for Josephine. After the New Year, the drama series “Harmonica” will finally come to an end, where she and Jonas Karlsson play a pair of country stars who go on tour together in hopes of saving the marriage. Then wait another season of “Solsidan”.

Acting or directing, what do you think is the most fun?

– Or write, maybe (laughs). I think it’s all fun, I don’t want to back down on any of it. While I can, I’ll try to keep juggling all three.

The movie is dedicated to your dad, why?

– Has passed away, unfortunately, approximately in connection with the filming. Like Matilda in the movie, I have had a fairly distant relationship with him.

– This is, of course, an incredible sadness. And it became almost surreal when I told a story that hadn’t happened before it happened.

… Why the movie is called “Orca”:

– I think there are many who feel “I can’t take it anymore” or “heck, now I have to put up with this”. It is also the Latin name for orcas, one of the most social animals in the world. They get depressed and die if they get lost. I feel like people are like that too. Proximity means more than you think. Give someone a hug.

… If you now dream of winning a Golden Bug:

– It would have been nice, absolutely. But that’s not why you make movies. And there are probably some possible nominations among the actors, they are at an incredible level.

… There will be the third season of “Love Me”:

– It is definitely not out of the question, I don’t like to close any doors. My husband thinks I’ll do a third season, because I have to get it off, but we’ll see.
