On Thursday, Joe Biden’s campaign confirmed which committee members will review potential candidates for vice president.

Biden has already stated that he will choose a woman as his horse partner and that he will be a candidate who shares his values. The 77-year-old Democrat also said that former President Barack Obama advised him to choose someone to supplement his weaknesses.

Warren is a voter favorite.

Over the weekend, Biden was interviewed on MSNBC and was later told that his committee is analyzing more than a dozen women and that there is more than one black woman among potential candidates.

On Sunday, CBS News claims that an opinion poll of Democratic voters shows that Elizabeth Warren is a big favorite to become Biden’s choice.

71 percent of respondents believe that Elizabeth Warren should be considered as a possible vice president.

36 percent say Warren is their first choice, with Kamala Harris at 19 percent, followed by Stacey Abrams with 14 percent and Amy Klobuchar with 13 percent.

Economic competition is important

Elisabeth Warren is the first choice with a good margin between white and liberal Democratic voters and is at the top even when the question was asked of moderate and black Democratic voters, the television channel says.

Other names that have been mentioned in the speculation are Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer as well as Nevada Senator Catherine Cortez Masto.

According to the poll, voters believe that financial experience and knowledge about crisis management is the most important thing a vice president can offer, which is related to the health crisis in the United States and the world right now, as well as the financial consequences.

Biden previously said that his administration would consist of people representing the entire United States. He said Wednesday that he expects the selection process for the vice presidential candidate to be completed in July.
