“Jackass” actor Stevie Lee has died.
He died unexpectedly Wednesday morning at age 54, his family confirms.

Lee, who became best known for his role in the movie “Jackass 3D,” turned 54.
His family confirmed the information and said he died “unexpectedly” at his home on Wednesday morning, the British newspaper reports.
In addition to “Jackass”, Lee appeared in the television series “American horror story” (2011) and in films such as “Death match” (1994), “Oz the great and powerful” (2013) and “Baby fever” (2017 ).
Known from wrestling
Lee also had a career in professional wrestling where he went by the nickname “Puppet”. The American wrestling association Impact Wrestling is in mourning for him on Twitter.
“It is with great sadness that we hear that Stevie Lee has passed away,” writes Impact Wrestling, with a gif of Lee on his way to the ring during a wrestling gala.
“We send our condolences to his family and friends.”
Fans start fundraising
Lee’s fans have started a fundraiser to pay for the funeral expenses.
“He was loved by many and has many friends who were like family and fans who loved him, but only his brother Jim is left to take over the funeral,” he says on the fundraising page.
“The puppet has made people all over the world smile with his tough-skinned attitude and lifestyle. He is a legend in the art of wrestling and needs our help to give him that last extra. ”
