Spain is severely affected by the outbreak of the corona virus.
But now the Alexander Isaac Royal Society is resuming some training, the clubs announce.
The Corona virus has seriously affected several countries in the world, including Spain. At the time of writing this article, more than 160,000 people in the country have been infected and more than 16,000 people have died as a result of the pandemic.
The Spanish high school league had been halted before, and since mid-March, the players have been quarantined with individual training programs at home. This is due to the extensive quarantine regulations in the country as a result of the virus.
But in recent days, however, the situation has improved somewhat, as Spain reported fewer daily deaths than before. It is reported that it is open to a slightly more open society and, according to the Spanish newspaper Marca, the Spanish government, since Monday, allows “unnecessary” workers to return to work.
Real Sociedad, as the first club in La Liga, has consolidated.
Alexander Isaac’s club announced Sunday night that the club will open training facilities for club players on Tuesday, while the club takes all necessary precautions.
The idea of ”La Real” now is that players who have trained from home should be able to use the club facilities for individual training. However, there will be no form of team training, at the same time that players can decide for themselves whether they want to continue training at home.
Real Sociedad also agreed earlier on Saturday with the club administration to agree with the group of players in 20 percent pay cuts if the season doesn’t resume. At the same time, the players will be compensated, and instead will only drop five percent in salary if the season resumes.
Real Sociedad is in fourth place in La Liga and has eleven games left in the league season. In addition, the team is in the final of the Spanish Cup, Copa del Rey.
