Infection control doctor advises against rapid tests

This week, the Swedish Public Health Agency and the government gave the go-ahead to start using rapid tests for covid-19, including in nursing homes. But Östergötland infection control doctor Britt Åkerlind cautions.

Luleå residents received fake crown letters – said to be infected

Norrbotten region warns about sending false letters to people in Luleå municipality. The letter indicates that the recipient has covid-19 and is asked to stay inside. The letter claims to be from the Public Health Agency, but is therefore false.

The region encourages people who have received the letter to report it to the police.

Police annoyed by congestion: “I did not believe my eyes”
