Andreas Alms BK Häcken is still going strong.
On Sunday, AIK was defeated at Friends Arena in the debut of Filip Rogic and Mikael Lustig.
– We did not believe enough to win this match, AIK coach Bartosz Grzelak tells Dplay.

AIK head coach Bartosz Grzelak recently achieved his first win against Helsingborg after 2-0 at Friends Arena. On Sunday, the best team BK Häcken waited after a week of training where the Stockholm club received reinforcements with national team player Mikael Lustig at the same time that midfielder Filip Rogic was ready to play.

From the beginning in the home team, Rogic was present at the same time as Lustig started on the bench. It was BK Häcken who created the first big opportunity. Jasse Tuominen of the visitors received the ball through the middle before the 24-year-old unleashed a shot that Jakob Haugaard in the AIK goal directed down the post.

With just over ten minutes into the second half, Häcken took the lead. Daleho Irandust deflected a shot from the right that the visiting goalkeeper did well to deflect. The midfielder scored his fifth goal of the season and Häcken was ahead. Shortly after the goal, Robert Lundström was replaced by Mikael Lustig.

AIK then chased the tie but found it difficult when BK Häcken stayed low and picked up. After extra time, referee Andreas Ekberg decided to ruin the match.

With the result, Häcken climbs to a second place in the table, while AIK is placed in 13th place, one point behind the qualifiers.

In the next round, AIK will face IK Sirius at the same time that Häcken faces Djurgården.

– The result, of course, is not good, this could have been at least a draw. We did not believe enough to win this match, AIK coach Bartosz Grzelak tells Dplay.
