– Another person has been found dead, says operations manager Terje Marstad in the eastern NRK police district on Sunday morning.
At this time, rescuers are working to transport the body out of the area.
The search was scheduled to end at 4 a.m. Sunday, but a decision was made to continue.
During the morning the search work will be expanded in the north direction. The leader of the task affirms Sunday morning that it is still a rescue operation.
On Friday, a man was found and on Saturday three people were found dead.
Specially trained dogs tagged Saturday night at various locations, which the rescue team has examined overnight through Sunday.
The Norwegian Armed Forces have built a bridge to the landslides so crews and equipment can exit.
During the night, firefighters also entered the houses located within the cordoned off area to retrieve pets, VG reports.
The rescue team has not yet given up hope that they can find someone alive in the air pockets of the landslides, even though more than four days have passed since the landslide occurred Wednesday morning.
