It has been a month since 12-year-old Adriana was shot and killed in a rest area in Hallunda.
Now her friend Lilly Laslo has written a song to honor her and remember her.
– It feels like it helped me write it, he says.
On August 2, early in the morning, 12-year-old Adriana was shot and killed in a rest area in Hallunda, south of Stockholm. She has left family and friends behind in great shock and pain.
Now Adriana’s friend, Lilly, 14, has written a song in which she pays tribute to her friend and talks about her pain.
-I wrote it a week after it happened, I usually get inspired when I feel bad. There were very strong feelings that needed to get out, says Lilly.

Lilly has made a song about her friend, Adriana, who was shot and killed a month ago.
“Coming from my heart”
In her song “Mardrömsminuten,” she recounts how she felt the moment she learned that one of her best friends was killed in a shooting, just hours after text messages were sent. And how you would like to go back in time and change everything:
I told you to stay home, that you shouldn’t go, the next day they told me you had been shot dead. Usually I hardly ever cry, but now I cry even when I fall asleep.

There are flowers, stuffed animals and candles at the place where Adriana was shot and killed.
Friends used to hang out on Lilly’s patio. While Lilly sang, Adriana used to dance.
– In fact, I think Adriana has helped me write the song. Everything I say in it comes from my heart, says Lilly.
This weekend he will perform at the local youth festival This is Alby with his song and soon it will also be published on the Soundcloud platform.

The family had previously dated photos of Adriana on TV3’s Wanted.
I’m going to celebrate his birthday
It’s been a month since it happened. At the memorial site in the rest area, the first flowers to be placed there have dried. But recently, live flowers have been placed alongside teddy bears, candles and messages. The police have not yet arrested anyone suspected of the incident.
Lilly still has a hard time understanding that Adriana is gone.
– I still think he is on vacation and he will come back and say it was a joke, he says and continues:
– I try to think that she would not want us to be so sad, so we friends have tried to support each other and think of something else. But I cry almost every night, says Lilly.
In a few days, Adriana would have turned 13 years old. Then the friends will get together and celebrate.
– Just the days before it happened, he said he wanted a party and said “Everyone should come!” So we should all get together and have a party for her.
