The high tone stems from the fact that the government is deeply divided on the immigration issue. At the same time, the Green Party continues to be against 23 of the 26 points of the proposal. It is the impotence that opens.
In fact, it is a huge exaggeration, not to say completely wrong. Labor immigration is not without its problems and it is good and reasonable for the rules to be revised. Not least, the link between labor immigration and fraud in welfare systems needs to be addressed. It should be done, but it can be done while protecting the system.
